The Dove Street Redevelopment is a comprehensive neighborhood revitalization effort in Richmond, Virginia. The total redevelopment will be executed in multiple phases over several years by Laurel Street Residential.
The first phase will include the vertical construction of approximately 133 residential units, as well as the associated site development, and infrastructure work, which will start in early 2012. The project will create a total of 311 affordable rental, affordable home ownership, and market-rate home ownership units, and is expected to create an integrated, mixed-income community filled with increased educational, economic, and recreational resources for RRHA families and community members.
